What are Mischief Meals?

Mischief Meals let you build your own plate — without paying extra.
Each meal includes 1 main dish + 1 side dish, all at the same flat price of ₹179. You don’t have to decide everything immediately.

You pay first, and then choose your combinations later using the in-app calendar.
This means:
You can plan meals for the whole week at once or decide day-by-day, depending on your mood

As long as you select your combo before 9:30 PM for the next day, you’re good.
If you forget to choose, don’t worry — we send a default combo so your meal is never missed.
Mischief Meals are perfect for people who want variety, flexibility, and control, without thinking about prices every time.

After checkout:
·       Go to Edit Meal Plan
·       Open the calendar view
·       Select mains and sides

You can:
·       Customize all days at once
·       Or customize only the next few days

Step-by-Step Ordering Process

1.     Visit twistedtiffin.com or download the Twisted Tiffin app from the Play Store or App Store
2.     Select your delivery location
3.     Choose your meal category
(Only one meal category can be added per cart/order)
4.     Proceed to order
5.     Choose your subscription duration (number of days)
6.     Select delivery frequency
·      Work Week (all working days)
·      Custom Days (selected days)
(Sunday is a holiday)
7.     Select quantity(default is 1 meal per order)
8.     Choose meal time — Lunch or Dinner (as per delivery slot)
9.     Pick your start date
·      Work Week: Monday - Friday / Monday - Saturday
·      Custom Days: only selected days as per your choice
(Sunday cannot be selected)
10.  Click Start Subscription
11.  Register using mobile number & OTP (if not logged in)
12.  Add delivery address
(Multiple addresses such as Home and Work can be saved for smoother checkout)
13.  Proceed to payment
14.  Pay using:
·       Wallet Balance 
·       UPI
·       Net Banking
·       Credit / Debit Card
·       NO Cash on Delivery

Once payment is completed, your order is placed successfully.

What is Meal Stash?

Meal Stash is your central control panel inside the app.

It shows all:
Active orders
Paused subscriptions
Cancelled orders
Completed meals

Meal Stash also allows you to pre-book meal plans (subscriptions) for future dates.
You can hold multiple subscriptions at the same time.

Example:

Homestyle Meals (Monday, Wednesday)
Power Pack Punjab (Tuesday, Thursday)
Mischief Meals (Saturday)

Each subscription is stored separately in Meal Stash, and each can be managed independently by clicking on the meal stash option at the bottom of the screen.

Question 8

Pausing, Resuming & Cancelling Meals

You can pause, resume, or cancel any subscription individually.

All changes must be made before 9:30 PM for the next day’s or any future meals.

Examples:
If you are traveling or eating out for a few days, you can pause your meals and resume later without any penalty.

If you plan to cancel your meal or subscription, the amount will be instantly refunded in your Twisted Tiffin wallet balance.

Question 9

Meal Plans, Wallet Balance & Expiry

Accepted Answer

Meal plans and wallet balance once purchased, NEVER expire.
You can purchase: 1 / 5 / 15 / 25 Meal Stash and use it over months — or even years.

If you cancel a meal:
·    The full amount is refunded to your wallet
·       Wallet balance can be used anytime in the future (We do not refund to your bank account)

The wallet allows you to avoid repeated checkouts across categories and days.

Example:
Load ₹1,000 once - Use it across different days and subscriptions without paying each time.

You can view/add wallet balance at any time -  Account > Wallet Balance
